Hover
over Pages in the left sidebar menu.
A secondary menu comes out to the right. Click Add New.

Give
the page a title.

Write
or paste the body text of your page in the Body section below the Title.

(Optional)
Add a featured image in the Featured
Image section. You can upload a new image or choose something from the Media Library.

Click
Publish, located above the Page Attributes section.
