To access pages:

Click
on Pages or Posts on the left in the sidebar
menu. Then a list of all your pages/posts are displayed.

When
you hover over a page/post name, another menu appears underneath. (Edit | Quick Edit | Trash | View)

To
edit a page/post, click on Edit underneath
the title.

In
the Body section below the title, edit your page/post content. After editing the content, click Update on the
right.
